Enjoy your college years living at Hillcrest Park Apartments. Hillcrest Park is an off-campus student housing complex located near the University of Northern Iowa. Apply with friends or ask to be roommate matched; apartments are in groups of four people, but your lease is individual.

When you need some time alone to focus on your studies you will enjoy having your own private bedroom or using the large workspace at the clubhouse community room. When you are ready to print your papers the computer lab is convenient to use before you jump on the Panther Shuttle to get a free ride to class.

Hillcrest also has tanning beds, pool tables, and a newly installed patio area perfect for lounging and playing games outside.! Join us at our many community events to meet new friends and have some fun. The individual apartments have all the features you want; including a full size washer and dryer, a dishwasher, an eat up breakfast bar, and free cable and internet.
